Curriculum VIDE

At Couche-Tard, the CVs received were not enough to fill its 982 vacant positions. The main reason was that young job applicants had no work experience to put on their CVs. The strategy was to make the application process easier, by eliminating the target's first obstacle: the CV. Couche-Tard launched the Curriculum Vide campaign, giving young people the chance to apply with an empty CV.
